Vintage reproduction and vintage inspired clothing usually does not accommodate tall sizes. A few brands are starting to offer long leg pants and trousers:
Vivian of Halloway– Offers wide leg pants and jeans in long legs length. Up to 34 inch inseam
House of Foxy – Trousers have a 31 inch inseam with a wide cuff or 2 inch hem that can be let out.
Boohoo – Carries some tall trousers and dresses. Most style are in the 70s-90s but some can work for earlier time times.
Freddiesofpinewood.co.uk – Offers 40s and 50s denim jeans up to 36 inch length.
Hellbunny – Inseam isn’t listed on the site but I have heard if you let out the cuff the length is close to 36 inch inseam.
Petticoats
Malco Modes – Cosette petticoat is a longer 26 to 32 inches depending on waist size

Sometimes the only option to to sew your own clothing or have them custom made. Here are a few options.
