When you want to dress in 1920s reproduction men’s clothing as accurately as possible, the choices are few. However, many brands are now creating 1920s vintage inspired men’s suits, casual clothes, and workwear clothing at a few price points.
The following list should help you locate most men’s 1920s reproduction clothing brands, stores, websites as well as vintage inspired brands, shoes, hats, accessories and sewing patterns. Most of these 1920s men’s clothing brands also sell 1910s and 1930s men’s reproduction clothing too.
1920s Men’s Reproduction Clothing
Clothing brands that focus on authentic patterns, material and fit.
Premier Clothing – Men’s Edwardian (1890s to 1920) detachable collars. Order one half size up for comfort.
Darcy Clothing (UK) – Specializes in shirts and collars up to the 1940s. They also carry some trousers, suits, workwear, underwear, pajamas, and fabrics by the yard. Quality is authentic, and made to last.
Levi’s Vintage Clothing – Made from original Levi’s patterns from 1900-1970s. They occasionally have denim jeans from the 1920s.
Some Like it Holy (UK) – 1920s+ shirts (club collar), collarless shirts, trousers, and vests.
Fogey Unlimited (UK) – Vintage and reproduction brands of men’s underwear, shirt collars, sock garters, braces, bags, and accessories.
1920s Men’s Vintage Inspired Clothing
Clothing brands that take vintage garments but update them with newer materials and fit. Some are “classic fit” brands, not necessarily inspired by the 1920s, but they’re close enough with lower prices.
Cousin Jack (UK) – Men’s 1920s-1940s reproduction clothes with an updated fit. Many suit pieces, shirts, shorts, vests and sometimes knitwear.
Bykowski Tailor and Garb – Bespoke men’s 1900s-1920s rustic clothing, hats, shoes, and leather goods with a modern fit. Made in the USA.
Repeal Club – Inspired 1920s to 1940s men’s tailored clothing with a modern fit. Trousers, suits, vests, and accessories. Some styles can work for the 1910s as well.
Paul Fredrick / Amazon – Classic men’s clothing. I recommend their shirts (club collars), suits and trousers (they fit higher on the waist than most modern brands).
Gentlemen’s Emporium – Men’s Victorian clothing can work for the 1920s, especially workwear/western.
Scully (Amazon) – Victorian to early Edwardian, wild west or workwear trousers. Shirts can work for early 1920s workwear/westernwear.
Darcy Clothing (UK)- Specializes in shirts and collars up to the 1940s. They also carry some trousers, suits, workwear, underwear, pajamas, and fabrics by the yard. Quality is top notch, authentic, and made to last.
Vecona Vintage (DE) – Men’s repro trousers, jeans, knickers, vests, shirts in the ’20s, ’20s and ’40s styles.
Juke Jive (DE) – Wonderful selection of men’s 1920s, 1930s, 1940s 1950s reproduction clothing. They have in all!
SJC, Simon James Cathcart – Reproduction 1930s clothing. Some jackets, trousers, knitwear and shirts can be 1920s too.
On the Sunny Side (NL) / Etsy store – Menswear handmade from the ’20s, ’30s, and ’40s pants, vests, shirts and bow ties. High quality.
Some Like it Holy (UK) – Men’s vintage reproduction 1920s trousers, waistcoat, suits, and shirts.
Garrison Tailors (UK) Peaky Blinders style suits, shirts, coats, and hats.
Cathcart London (UK) – 1920s -1940s suits, trousers, shirts, knickerbocker suits, vests, coats, jackets, knitwear both dress and casual.

J Peterman – New clothing mixed with vintage reproduction or inspired styles that are made to last and never go out of style. Sometimes 1920s clothing is included. New styles every season. Check ebay for past collections.
Warehouse & Co. – Men’s vintage workwear made in Japan. Jeans, trousers, vests, and shirts.
Old Field Clothing – A mix of 1920s – 1940s men’s classic clothing and workwear. Jumpers, fair isle knitwear, trousers, shirts and plus fours.
Mister Freedom – Limited editions, made in the USA, men’s vintage workwear, casual modern clothing, and swimwear. Denim jeans, leather jackets, t shirts, chore coats.
Standard and Strange – High quality, durable, workwear, jeans, casual, shoes, and accessories. Multiple brands on this one website.
Logsdonandco – Reproduction camping clothes, boots and accessories for the 20th century.
Bronson / Maya Clothing– Reproduction workwear 1850-1950. Denim, shirts, jackets, jeans, overalls. Sizes run small. Quality is good.
Red Tornado (Ebay) – Vintage workwear jeans, jackets, shirts
Round House– Overalls made since 1903. Timeless styles.
Whranch Dungarees – Men’s heritage denim jeans, westernwear, workwear pants and jackets 1900-1960s
Kai D Utility – Casual workwear, vintage, military inspired men’s clothing in neutral colors and good for cold weather (New York.)
Schott nyc – Large selection of leather jackets, workwear, boots and some knitwear. Very high quality.
DisignVillaArt (Etsy) Smoking jackets
L.L.Bean– They sometimes have reproduction shirts and coats made from their archives. Search for “signature,” “heritage” or “classic.”
Natty Shirts – Made to order dress shirts. The Spearpoint collar shirt is a classic late ’20s and ’30s style for a very reasonable price.
Retro Revival Vintage (UK) – Men’s dress and casual shirts, vests and trousers.
Dehen 1920 – Since 1920, making heavy knitwear, jackets, workwear, hats.
Madewell – Some men’s workwear inspired clothing, western denim, etc. Trendy but decent quality.
Pike Brothers (UK) – Vintage menswear, focused on workwear to casual menswear. Shirts, caps, trousers, vests, workwear, motorcycle riding themes.
Uniqlo – I hear decent reviews for Uniqlo’s basics. T-shirts, underwear, undershirts. Some trendy workwear.
Orvis – Men’s outdoor sportswear. The wools and tweed are classic and timeless. Sportscoats, breeks, sweaters, pants, and boots.
Prison Blues / Amazon shop – Rugged, raw work jeans.
Key Apparel – Since 1908 making men’s workwear, overalls, jeans, shirts.
Blue City Shop – Classic vintage riding breeches, jodhpurs, knickers.
Brooks Brothers – Classic and vintage-inspired men’s suits, shirts, underwear, knitwear and ties. Some clothes are made from vintage patterns. High quality with prices to match.
Haggar – This well known brands its technically vintage but I often find some trousers, sweater vests, and shirts in classic cuts and prints. The pleated waist Haggar pants are a good start on your journey to vintage styles.
Stacy Adams – Home of classic wide fit suits (sometimes Zoot Suits), wide leg pants, shirts, boots, shoes, and hats with a vintage edge. New, not reproduction, but plenty of vintage styles within.
Ralph Lauren Double RL – Vintage menswear-inspired clothing. Many workwear styles but also some dapper suits.
Labour Union 1986 (China)- Small batch workwear and casual clothing made and shipped from China. Sizing charts are complicated, email customer service with your measurements before ordering.
Huckberry – Men’s multi brand workwear and casual outdoor styles. Jackets, knitwear, shirts. Not much specifically for the 1920s but good overall vintage options.
Men’s USA – A giant collection of imported suits, tuxedos, pants, and shirts that work well for the 1920s to 1940s wide leg, pinstripe, and zoot suit men’s looks. Cheap prices. You may not get the exact item listed, but a close proximity.

Matchete n Sons on Etsy or Denver Bespoke – Custom USA made clothing- suits, jackets, shirts, vests, pants and much more. They send you a muslin mock-up for you to try on before completing your order.
1920s Men’s Shoes, Hats and Accessories
Harr Shoes (DE/UK)- Historical custom shoemaker for theater and the general public. Also Men’s dance shoes from a variety of brands.
Converse – Just like Keds, Converse All Stars sporty high tops and low tops are vintage classics!
Johnson and Murphy – Since 1850, they have made classic men’s shoes. Oxfords, wingtips, saddles, patent formals, lace-up boots, sandals, and more. Wide widths, too.
G.H. Bass – Since 1876, they have made classic men’s shoes. They usually have a great two-tone saddle shoe and loafer in their regular line.
Wolverine 1000 Mile– All leather work boots since 1914
Frye Boots – Frye boots are superb but expensive. They can be found used at far better prices on on eBay.
Red Wing Boots – Famous among BIFL circles. Best purchased on sale or secondary sites.
Walk-Over Vintage Collection – A small collection of men’s boots, shoes, and sandals from the 1900s to 1960s.
Clarks – Always a few classic dress shoes and loafers in each season.
Penman Hats – Handcrafted men’s felt hats in any style you want.
Well Dressed Head– Make turn of the century to 1930s style men’s casual and workwear caps. Very well made and authentic patterns.
Bollman / Hats.com – Classic brand hats (Baily, Bollman) as well as modern updates. I get most of my hats here.
