Every day is a great day to admire shoes both vintage and new. This week we looked back on some fabulous vintage shoes from the 1920s to the 1960s. They are all a little more unusual than the typical vintage shoe styles of each decade. Which one is your favorite?

1928 House Slippers. My slippers are not nearly as cute as these ones.

1927 men’s Oxford shoes with a box toe. The box toe complemented the wide boxy trousers of the era.

Sandals! Sandals! Sandals! (1930s)

Play time in the 1940’s meant wearing a trendy pair of Kedettes. (1941)

Remember ladies to match you shoes to your purse (1952)
