Women’s and men’s Fashion in 1929 is a fascinating year. For the most part fashion from the mid 1920s continued one more year before drastically changing in 1930-1931. Women’s hemlines were getting longer but still the drop waist loose silhouette with more feminine flounces, ruffles, scarf coats and bows. On the opposite side were even more casual clothing such as the new beach pajama ensemble, knickers plus blouse sport sets, and all kind of knitwear.
